faulkner edc’s Building Inspections offerings include serving as your 3rd party inspector on a local project whereby the jurisdiction’s Building Official allows the owner to employ a private firm to provide jurisdictional inspections. This may serve to positively influence the schedule for an abbreviated time to completion. Wait times for inspections are minimized and re-inspections can occur immediately when the work has been re-mediated.
faulkner edc’s leadership has the experience of successfully delivering many past projects to a variety of clients. One such project example is the New Hanover Regional Women’s and Children’s hospital. Because the project required Mr. Faulkner’s staff to be onsite continuously and also due to the relationship of trust Mr. Faulkner had developed with New Hanover Code Enforcement, the local Building Official elected to allow Mr. Faulkner and his team to perform all of the structural jurisdictional inspections. This served to accelerate the schedule for the owner and contractor while saving the taxpayers money in additional time on site that would have been required of the code enforcement personnel.
Tommy has been a leader in special inspections from the beginning. His help in New Hanover County with our inspections program is appreciated by all the citizens of New Hanover County.
