I would like to take a moment to highly recommend and send a huge thank you to one of our own – Tommy Faulkner!!! I have a seller who hired her own repair person 2 weeks ago. We are a week from closing and we have now found that person did not complete a lot of the items requested or he just did them wrong when he did try and complete them.
