faulkner edc’s Condition Assessment services provides our clients with a snapshot of where they are in the lifecycle of their home or business and provides a roadmap for capital outlay to maintain a specified level of service for each of the building systems and for the building proper. faulkner edc has the experience of successfully serving many clients through condition assessments. Our leadership served as the lead on the structural portion of the condition assessment for Wake County on over 100 county owned buildings. Further our leadership served as the lead on full condition assessment for the City of Raleigh on two prominent buildings; the Raleigh Convention Center and the Progress Energy Center for Performing Arts.
