faulkner edc’s Engineering Home Inspections offerings include serving you prior to listing your home for sale, inspecting a home you have purchased, and/or following up after an inspection to confirm or refute items noted on a home inspectors report that requires and engineer to review.

faulkner has the experience of successfully delivering many past projects to a variety of real estate clients. Our clients include Realtors, Investors, and home owners. We average 6-10 inspections per month with emphasis on structural condition of foundation and superstructure and also water damage or excess moisture in crawlspaces or the interior of the home. In addition to performing these inspections on your behalf faulkner edc provides recommendations for repair and remediation.
