The leadership of faulkner edc has served the Town of Chapel Hill NC as Agency Construction Manager assisting the Town with drawing reviews, cost estimate reviews, quality assurance services, and construction engineering services. This is a 3P project (Public Private Partnership) in which the Town of Chapel Hill will retain the land. Mr. Faulkner led the consultation and subsequent negotiation between the town and the developer and provided third party review of the contract between the town and the developer as well as plan reviews. This project was completed by Mr. Faulkner while with his previous firm.
